About the survey
The National Hangar Waitlist Survey is voluntary. Hangar Ops designs and develops hangars, and we use survey results to identify where new hangars are needed.
Interest in a new hangar is non-binding
Your answer about signing a commitment for a new hangar is a non-binding indication of interest only. Submitting the survey does not create a lease, purchase agreement, reservation, or any other contract. No payment is collected through this site. Any future lease or purchase, including any deposit, would require a separate written agreement.
Results are for general information
Survey results are self-reported by respondents and are provided for general information only. We do not verify individual answers and make no guarantee that results are complete or accurate, or that any hangar will be built at any airport.
Your answers
You agree to give truthful answers and to submit only your own information. You allow Hangar Ops to use your answers, combined with others, in results and reports, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false or automated responses, try to access the admin area, interfere with the site, or collect information about other respondents.
Limitation of liability
The site and results are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hangar Ops is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
